How to use the schedule conflict checker
- List your planned posts. Enter one planned post per line as a date and time, optionally with a label before it, like "Instagram - 2026-10-01 09:00".
- Set your minimum spacing. Enter the minimum number of minutes you want between any two posts, for example 30.
- Review the flagged pairs. Any two posts closer together than your minimum spacing are listed as a conflict, with the exact gap shown.
- Adjust the tighter times. Move one post in each flagged pair further apart, then re-check the list.
- Confirm a clean result. No conflicts flagged means every post in your list is at least your minimum spacing apart from its neighbours.

- It sorts every post by time and compares each one to the one immediately after it, which is enough to catch every violation in the list.
- What date/time format does it accept?
- Most common formats, including 2026-10-01 09:00, 2026-10-01T09:00, and 10/01/2026 9:00 AM.
- What does a 0-minute gap mean?
- It means two posts are scheduled for the exact same timestamp — an exact duplicate rather than merely a close pair.
- Can I label each line with the account or platform it belongs to?
- Yes — add a label before the date, separated by a dash or a colon, for example "LinkedIn - 2026-10-01 09:00".
- What minimum spacing should I use?
- It depends on your platform and audience; many accounts use something in the 15-60 minute range to avoid posts competing with each other.
