Refunds & Cancellation

This policy explains how to cancel your SkedCast subscription, what happens to your access afterward, and how refunds work. It supplements the billing terms in our Terms of Service.

Last updated:

1. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, yourself, from your billing settings in the Agency Console — no email or phone call required. Open Settings → Billing and choose to cancel your plan. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and we will not charge you again after that.

If you cannot reach your billing settings, contact support@skedcast.com and we will help you cancel.

2. What happens at the end of your paid period

When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, so:

  • Your access continues until the end of the current paid period — you keep using the Service through the date you have paid through.
  • At period end, your plan stops renewing and paid features become unavailable; scheduled posts that depend on a paid plan may not publish after that date.
  • Your data is retained and then deleted as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page; you can also request deletion of your account and stored OAuth tokens at any time.

3. Refunds on partial periods

Subscription fees are billed in advance for each period and are non-refundable. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or downgrades made mid-period, except where a refund is required by applicable law (see below). Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the period you are currently in.

Any third-party platform fees passed through to you — for example, certain platforms (such as X) charge per-post or per-operation API fees — are separate from your subscription and are likewise non-refundable once incurred. We provide cost estimates and spend controls for those fees, as described in our Terms of Service.

4. Legally-required refunds

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under mandatory law in your jurisdiction (for example, statutory consumer-withdrawal or cooling-off rights where they apply). If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, contact us at support@skedcast.com (or legal@skedcast.com for legal requests) with your account details and the basis for your request, and we will review it promptly.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Questions about billing, cancellation, or refunds can be sent to support@skedcast.com.
