Every comment, message and review in one inbox
A social media inbox for agencies: comments, direct messages, mentions and Google reviews from every client’s accounts in one place, triaged by the team, answered before the deadline, with automation doing the repetitive part.
One inbox for every account
Comments, direct messages, mentions and tags, and Google reviews arrive in one list, filtered by client, account or kind. Each conversation opens beside the post it is about and the person’s history with the brand.
- Instagram and Facebook comments and messages, Threads replies and mentions, YouTube comments, Bluesky replies and mentions, and Google Business Profile reviews
- A held-for-review queue for YouTube and Threads replies waiting on approval
- Mentions and tags shown as cards, with the author’s reach
- The inbox is included on every plan, Free included
Triage as a team
Assign a conversation, label it, leave an internal note, snooze it until later or mark it done — one at a time or many at once. Saved replies keep answers consistent.
- Reply deadlines per client, with business hours, and a count of missed targets
- Sentiment and intent read at arrival, so negative comments and sales leads stand out
- Keyboard shortcuts for fast triage
Reply the way each platform allows
Reply in public, send a private reply to a commenter, or answer a direct message inside the platform’s reply window. Hide, delete or block where the platform supports it; where it does not, the action says why.
- Send a reply for an owner or manager to approve first — useful for Google reviews, which are public
- Choose who can reply to a post when you schedule it, and change it later where the platform allows
Automation, with AI that knows when to stop
Rules label, assign, alert or hide the moment a comment, message or review arrives — and answer it three ways: with a saved reply, with an AI draft a teammate edits and sends, or with an AI reply sent automatically, following instructions you write for each rule. By default, automatic replies are capped per account per hour and never reach the same person twice in a day, people are told when a reply is automated where Meta requires it, and LinkedIn is never automated.
- Automatic AI replies leave low-star reviews, negative messages, questions, complaints and anything about refunds, safety or legal matters as drafts for a person
- One switch pauses every automatic AI reply in the workspace
- Automation rules and chat setup (starter questions and menus for Messenger and Instagram) from the Studio plan
- A Google Business location is automated only after the business’s consent is recorded
AI help, on request
SkedCast AI suggests a reply in the brand’s voice, translates a message or summarizes a long conversation when you ask. Email addresses, phone numbers and card or bank numbers are stripped from customer text before anything reaches the model.
- Each suggestion, translation or summary uses one AI credit
- AI assistance is included from the Solo plan
Report on response
The inbox report shows volume by day, response times against targets, sentiment and topics, and each teammate’s workload, and exports to CSV. A client report can include an inbox section.
- The inbox report is included from the Solo plan
Alerts, a digest and the phone
Choose alerts for negative comments, sales leads, conversations assigned to you and deadlines, set quiet hours and a morning digest, and reply from your phone.
Privacy built in
Other people’s comments and messages are kept for 13 months, then deleted. Anyone’s personal data can be deleted on request, for one message or for the whole person.
