How much you can earn
What one customer on a monthly plan earns you over 12 months: their first invoice at 20% off, then full price, plus the bonus where it applies.

A worked example. Bring 2 new Studio customers a month for a year, with 3% of customers cancelling each month, and you earn about $2,276 in your first 12 months, including $0 in bonuses. How the affiliate program works
1. Apply
Tell us where you talk to social media managers. Most applications are approved automatically the moment you send them; one our checks flag is read by a person, usually within a few working days.
2. Share your link or code
Once approved you get your own links and up to 3 promo codes. Anyone who joins through them gets 20% off their first invoice.
3. Earn on every paid invoice
30% of what each customer pays, for 12 months, and 35% from your 10th sale. Your dashboard shows every commission as it moves from held to payable to paid.
4. Get paid monthly
On the 15th of each month, to your bank, in USDC or by PayPal, with a statement for every payout.
From a click to money in your account
Someone clicks your link or uses your code
A click on your link is remembered for 60 days. A promo code needs no click: they enter it in SkedCast within 24 hours of signing up.
They sign up and start paying
Their first payment, within 90 days of the click, is your sale and locks the credit to you. They get 20% off that first invoice.
Commission is recorded on every paid invoice
30% of what they actually pay (after discounts, before tax), on each invoice for 12 months.
It is held for 30 days
The hold covers refunds and chargebacks. A refund or chargeback within 120 days of a payment takes its commission back.
It is paid on the 15th
Commission approved in a month is paid on the 15th of the next month once your balance is at least $50. Smaller balances carry forward; nothing is lost.

Your own link to any SkedCast page, with UTM tags and a sub-ID per channel, plus a QR code for video, print and slides.

How you are paid
Bank transfer through Stripe Connect
Where Stripe supports payouts to your country. Stripe verifies your identity and bank; we never see your bank details.
USDC through Stripe
Where Stripe offers stablecoin payouts in your country, to a wallet you connect to your Stripe account.
PayPal
For countries the other methods do not cover: sent by hand once a month to the PayPal address you confirm by email, then checked against PayPal’s receipt.
Before your first payout you verify your identity, add a tax form and turn on two-factor sign-in. Every payout comes with a monthly statement (PDF and CSV) and a self-billed invoice or a payout receipt. The details are in the payout terms.
The rules, plainly
- Label every promotion “Ad” or “#ad” up front and say you earn a commission; use the platform’s paid-partnership label as well where it has one.
- Describe SkedCast honestly: no invented features, prices or results.
- No bidding on “SkedCast” or misspellings of it in search ads, and no codes on coupon or deal sites.
- No self-referrals and no sign-ups you pay or reward people for.
- One partner account per person, and one program at a time: affiliates do not also earn customer referral credit.

- How much do SkedCast affiliates earn?
- By default 30% of what each customer you bring pays, on every invoice for 12 months, rising to 35% for everything earned from your 10th sale. On Agency or above you also get a $20 bonus per customer after their 3rd paid month. One Studio customer earns you about $173 in their first year.
- Is the commission recurring?
- Yes. You earn on every paid invoice each customer pays for 12 months from their first payment, not just the first one. On an annual plan that is the annual invoice.
- What does my audience get?
- 20% off their first invoice when they join through your link or code (the first month on a monthly plan, the first year on an annual one). Once they are customers, you can also give them a 10–20% monthly perk on their renewals.
- How long does the tracking last?
- A click on your link is remembered for 60 days, and their first payment counts as your sale if it comes within 90 days of that click. If they clicked several partners' links, the last one wins. A promo code needs no click: your audience enters it in SkedCast within 24 hours of signing up, before their first payment, and a code never takes a customer away from a partner whose link already brought them.
- When and how am I paid?
- Monthly. Each commission is held for 30 days, then paid on the 15th of the next month once your balance is at least $50: to your bank through Stripe Connect, in USDC where Stripe offers it, or by PayPal elsewhere. Every payout comes with a statement and a self-billed invoice or a receipt.
- What happens if a customer asks for a refund?
- A refund or chargeback within 120 days of a payment reverses the commission on it. If it was already paid, it is taken from your next payout. That is what the hold period is for, so it rarely touches money you already have.
- Do I need to be a SkedCast customer?
- No. Anyone with an audience of people who manage social media can apply. Using SkedCast helps you describe it honestly, though.
- Who can apply, and how long does approval take?
- Creators, consultants, agencies and publishers who talk to social media managers. Most applications are approved automatically the moment you send them; some are read by a person first, usually within a few working days. Before your first payout you verify your identity, add a tax form and turn on two-factor sign-in.
- Are the rates the same for everyone?
- These are the program defaults. We may agree different terms with a partner in writing, and any change to the program is announced in advance. Your dashboard always shows the terms that apply to you.
- How is this different from the referral program?
- The referral program is for SkedCast customers and pays in account credit. The affiliate program pays cash and is for people who promote SkedCast to an audience. You take part in one of the two, not both.
- What am I not allowed to do?
- Promote without saying you earn a commission, bid on the SkedCast brand in search ads, post codes on coupon sites, or refer yourself. The full rules are in the Partner Agreement and the disclosure rules.
