Partner Payout Terms
These terms are part of the Partner Program Agreement. They explain how and when commission becomes money in your account. Every figure (the minimum, the payout day, the hold and reserve periods) is set by SkedCast for your programme version, published in your partner dashboard, and is not promised by this page.
1. The monthly payout
1.1 Commission that was approved in a calendar month is paid in a single batch after that month closes, on the payout day in the Programme Terms. A commission is approved when its hold ends.
1.2 If your approved balance is below the payout minimum in the Programme Terms, it carries forward to the next month. A balance is never lost because it is small.
1.3 Before a batch is paid we re-check each line: risk score, sanctions screening and payout readiness. A larger batch, or a larger single payout, must be approved by an operator before it is paid.
1.4 Your statement for the month shows what you earned, what is held, approved, reversed and paid, any withholding, any fees and any exchange rate used. It is available in the portal as a PDF and a CSV.
2. What must be in place before we pay you
- identity verification completed with our payment provider;
- a valid tax form on file (a W-9 for US persons; a W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E for others) or the equivalent collected by the provider;
- a verified payout method;
- multi-factor authentication enabled on your partner account;
- a clear result from sanctions screening;
- no open fraud review that covers the amount, and no unexplained difference in our reconciliation of your account.
You keep earning while any of these is pending, and the balance accrues. If a line is not ready, the portal and an email tell you what to do. If you do not finish onboarding within the period in the Programme Terms after your first approved commission, we contact you and then handle the balance as the law on unclaimed property requires. That is not a forfeiture.
3. Payout methods
We offer the methods that your dashboard shows for your country. Which methods are available can change, and we tell you before we withdraw one you use.
Bank or card account through Stripe Connect
The default where Stripe supports your country. You complete Stripe's own identity and bank verification. We keep only the status and a provider reference, not your bank details or identity documents.
Stablecoin through Stripe (USDC)
Where Stripe offers it for your country, you may be paid in the USDC stablecoin to a wallet you connect to your Stripe account. You bear the risks of holding and moving digital assets, including network fees, wallet errors and the tax treatment where you live. A payout to a wallet cannot be recalled once it is confirmed.
PayPal, by email address
For countries the other methods do not cover. An operator sends the payment by hand to the PayPal email address you gave, then confirms it against the PayPal receipt and screens it for sanctions. A payment is only as correct as the address you gave: we are not responsible for a payment sent to an address you gave us wrongly.
Other methods
We may add methods such as bank transfer through another provider. A method is offered to you only once your dashboard lists it.
4. Security hold when your details change
If your payout method, your sign-in email or your multi-factor authentication changes, payouts to you pause for the freeze period in the Programme Terms and we notify every contact address on file, including the previous one. This protects you if someone else has gained access to your account. If the change was yours, the pause ends by itself.
5. Currency, fees, withholding
5.1 Commission is calculated in the currency the customer paid in. We pay in your payout currency, converted at the provider's rate on the day of payment, and your statement shows the rate.
5.2 Fees the provider charges for the method you chose may be deducted. Your statement shows them.
5.3 Where the law requires it, we withhold tax, for example US backup withholding if no valid taxpayer identification number is on file. Your statement shows what was withheld and why.
5.4 We pay for the commission earned, not for tax you owe on it, which you must account for yourself.
6. Reversals and the reserve
A commission is reversed if the payment behind it is refunded or charged back inside the reversal window in the Programme Terms. Where that happens after you were paid, the amount is set against your next payouts and your balance can go below zero until it does. A reserve may be held back from your payouts for your first months, if it applies to you. Each statement shows the reserve held and its release date.
7. Sanctions and compliance holds
We screen partners against the public sanctions lists of the United States, the United Nations, the European Union and the United Kingdom, when you join and again before each payout. We will not pay a person or place that sanctions law forbids us to pay. A possible match freezes your payouts while a person reviews it, and there is no automatic release. We do not owe interest on a held amount.
8. Tax documents
We collect a tax form before the first payout, remind you before it expires, and cannot pay while a required form is missing or expired. Where the law requires it, we or our provider file returns (for example Form 1099-NEC) and send you a copy. Keep your own records of what you were paid. We keep payout, tax and accounting records for ten years.
9. If something looks wrong
If a payout is late, missing or the wrong amount, open a dispute in the portal or write to support. We investigate and reply with the reason. A payment returned by a provider is credited back to your balance and paid again once the cause is fixed.
