Both sides get something
They start free for a month on any monthly plan. You earn a month of whatever plan they chose, as credit against your own invoice.

You do the inviting, not us
We never ask you for anyone’s email address and we never message them on your behalf. You share your link, in your own words, through your own channels.
Any plan can refer
You do not need to be on a paid plan to take part. Refer from the free plan and your credit waits on your account until you subscribe.
Run properly
Rewards are checked before they are released, the terms are versioned and dated, and every reward is recorded so you can see exactly where each one came from.

Nothing here happens behind your back: you can see each referral and where it stands from your own settings.
Get your link
Open Settings → Referrals in your workspace and take your link. Taking it is how you accept the program terms, so they are shown to you first.
Share it
Send it to someone who would genuinely get value from it. If you post it publicly instead, say that you earn credit when someone signs up through it.
They start free
They create their own workspace through your link and their first month costs nothing on any monthly plan.
You earn credit
Once they pay their first real invoice, your reward is held for 30 days and then applied to your account.

- You earn credit once they pay their first real invoice, released 30 days later (60 days for annual or bank payments).
- Up to 10 rewards a year, across every workspace you own.
- Credit applies to your next invoice and expires 12 months after it is released.
- Referring yourself does not earn a reward.

- Do you have a referral program?

- Can I take part on the free plan?
- Yes. Anyone with a workspace can refer, whatever plan they are on. If you have no invoice yet, your credit sits on your account and comes off the first one you get.
- What does the person I refer actually get?
- Their first month free on any monthly plan. Annual plans already include 20% off, so no extra discount applies — your friend still earns their reward.
- How many people can I refer?
- Up to 10 rewarded referrals in a rolling twelve months, counted across every workspace you own. There is no limit on how many people you tell — the cap is on rewards, not on sharing.
- Why is there a waiting period before I get my credit?
- A reward is earned on a payment being made and kept, so it is held for 30 days after their first paid invoice — longer for annual plans and bank payments, which can be reversed for longer. If the payment is refunded or charged back in that time, the reward does not become payable.
- Can I get paid in cash instead?
- No. Rewards are account credit only. They are applied against what you owe us, and they cannot be transferred, sold, or paid out.
- Will you email the people I refer?
- No. We never ask you for their address and we never send anything on your behalf. Sharing your link is something you do yourself.
- What does the person I refer find out about me?
- Your workspace name is shown on your referral page so they can see who invited them. You can switch that off, and the page then makes the offer without naming you.
