Publishing at scale

Hundreds of accounts. One workflow.

Scheduling one post is easy. Getting a month of posts out across hundreds of accounts — inside every platform’s rules, with proof of what went live — is the job SkedCast is built for.

Import, validate, pace, publish, verify

The same pipeline whether you run ten accounts or five hundred.

Import and validate

Bring a month of content in — and catch problems first

Upload a spreadsheet or pull from Google Sheets — up to 2,500 posts per upload on Agency, and up to 25,000 on Enterprise. Every row is checked against the rules of each destination it targets, so a bad row is fixed in the import instead of failing at publish time.

  • CSV and Google Sheets, mapped once
  • Per-platform checks on every row, with the reason shown
  • Nothing is scheduled until you commit
How bulk scheduling works
Publish and verify

Know every post really went live

Each destination is tracked on its own. SkedCast stores the link to the live post when a platform accepts it, re-checks natively scheduled posts until they publish, and shows the reason for anything that failed with a one-click retry.

  • A live link for every published post
  • Rate limits pause and retry automatically
  • Failures grouped by reason, retried in bulk

Paced per account, inside platform limits

Every account gets its own daily ceiling and a minimum gap between posts. These are the defaults; you can tighten them for any account. A post that would break a limit waits for the next allowed slot instead of being sent.

Built for a roster, not a single feed

Scale is not only volume. It is knowing whose post is whose, who approved it, and who is allowed to touch it.

  • Organised by client

Accounts are grouped under clients, so a campaign targets “every Acme account” instead of forty checkboxes.

  • Approvals before anything ships

Route posts to a reviewer, or to the client, before they are scheduled — with comments and a full history.

  • Roles per client

Owner, manager, member and viewer roles, with access narrowed to the clients each person works on.

Publishing at scale FAQ

How many accounts can one workspace run?
Free: 2 accounts across 1 clients; Solo: 10 accounts across 3 clients; Studio: 50 accounts across 15 clients; Agency: 200 accounts across 50 clients; Agency+: 500 accounts across 150 clients; Enterprise: 5,000 accounts across 2,000 clients.
How many posts can I import at once?
Solo 500, Studio 1,500, Agency 2,500, Agency+ 5,000, Enterprise 25,000 posts per upload. Every row is validated before anything is scheduled, so a bad row is fixed in the import instead of failing at publish time.
Will posting to hundreds of accounts get them flagged?
SkedCast paces every account on its own: a daily ceiling and a minimum gap between posts, set per platform by default and adjustable per account. Posts that would break a limit wait for the next allowed slot instead of being sent, and a platform rate limit pauses and retries the post automatically. No tool can promise a platform will never act on an account, and SkedCast does not try to hide automation — it keeps your publishing inside each platform’s rules.
How do I know a post actually went live?
Each destination is tracked on its own. When a platform accepts a post, SkedCast stores the link to the live post; natively scheduled posts are re-checked with the platform until they publish; and a failure shows its reason with a one-click retry.
