The monthly perk: keep rewarding your audience

A sign-up discount helps once. The monthly perk keeps giving the customers you brought a reason to stay.

  1. 1. Get a new code every month

On the 1st of each month we issue you a campaign-style code (like HARVEST15) to share with your customers, who enter it in Billing. Or switch on “apply automatically” so every customer you brought gets it on their renewal without doing anything.

  2. 2. Your customers save every month

10–20% off their monthly renewal (each month’s code has its own percent), once per customer per month. Only customers credited to you can use it, so it rewards your audience without leaking to anyone else.

  3. 3. You share the cost

Commission is always on what the customer actually pays, so a perk lowers that month’s commission by the same percent. In exchange your customers have a reason to stay, and every month they stay pays you again.

What it costs you: on Studio ($49 a month), one customer’s monthly commission goes from $14.70 to $13.23 in a month they use the perk. The perk is for monthly plans; annual plans are not included.

How to disclose your SkedCast promotion

The law in most countries treats a paid recommendation as advertising, and your audience is entitled to know you earn from it. Say it clearly, close to the promotion, every time:

How to disclose an affiliate promotion, by format
FormatWhat to do
A short social postStart with “#ad” or “Ad:” and add a sentence such as “I earn a commission if you sign up with this link.” A hashtag alone is not enough.
A video or livestreamSay it out loud near the start and show it on screen. Use the platform’s paid-partnership tool as well where it has one.
A podcastSay it before the promotion, not only in the show notes.
A blog post or newsletterA sentence before the first link, not only in the footer: “This contains affiliate links. If you sign up through them, SkedCast pays me a commission.”
Any linkPut the word “affiliate” in or next to the link text, for example “SkedCast (affiliate link)”, as well as the “Ad” label up front: in the UK “affiliate” on its own is not enough.
Replies and repostsDisclose in every reply that carries your link or code, and keep the disclosure when you repost or clip.

The full rules, with the US, UK and EU requirements, are in the partner disclosure rules. Which platforms let a scheduler set the paid-partnership label is listed in paid-partnership disclosure fields by platform.

Influencer program FAQ

Does SkedCast have an influencer program?
Yes. Creators join the same partner program as affiliates and earn 30% recurring commission by default on every customer they bring, for 12 months. On top of links, influencers can create promo codes and give their customers a monthly perk.
Should I use a promo code or a link?
A link wherever people can click (descriptions, posts, newsletters), a code wherever they cannot (podcasts, livestreams, short videos). You can use both: whichever brought the customer is credited, and a code never takes a customer away from a partner whose link already brought them.
How do I create a promo code?
In the partner portal, under Codes, once you are approved. 3 to 20 letters and digits, not case-sensitive, up to 3 at a time. Our brand name and words like OFFICIAL or ADMIN cannot be used, and a code is never reused once retired.
What is the monthly perk?
A discount you give the customers you brought: 10–20% off their monthly renewal, once a month, by the code we issue you each month or automatically. It is for monthly plans, and only your own customers can use it.
Does the perk reduce my commission?
Yes, by the same percent for that month: commission is on what the customer actually pays, so you share the cost. On Studio ($49 a month) at 30%, a 10% perk turns that month’s commission from $14.70 into $13.23.
Can my perk be bigger?
We can agree a different percent with you in writing, up to the program cap (20% by default).
How do I disclose a SkedCast promotion on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube?
Say clearly, close to the promotion, that you earn a commission: “#ad” or “Ad:” plus a plain sentence, said out loud in a video, and the platform’s paid-partnership tool as well where it has one. A tag lost among other hashtags or a line only in your bio is not enough.
Can I run a giveaway or post my code on coupon sites?
Tell us before you run a giveaway that involves SkedCast, and follow the platform’s rules. Codes and links may not go on coupon, deal or cash-back sites without our written approval.

Everything else (payouts, tiers, the rules) is on the affiliate program page.
