How to use the post spacing planner
- Enter your start time. Type the time of your first post of the day, for example 09:00.
- Enter your end time. Type the time of your last post; an end time earlier than the start is treated as spanning past midnight.
- Enter how many posts. Type the total number of posts you want spread across that window, from 1 up to 100.
- Read the generated times. The calculator returns exactly that many times, evenly spaced, with your start and end times as the first and last.

- The total window in minutes is divided by one fewer than the post count, so the first and last posts land exactly on your start and end times.
- What happens with only one post?
- A single post is placed exactly at your start time, since there is no window left to space it across.
- Can I plan an overnight window that crosses midnight?
- Yes — enter an end time earlier than the start, for example 22:00 to 02:00, and it is treated as spanning past midnight.
- What is the maximum number of posts I can plan for?
- Up to 100 posts in a single window.
- Does this account for different time zones per platform?
- No — every time is a plain local clock time; apply the same calculation separately for each time zone you post in.
- Does the planner store or send my schedule anywhere?
