How to use the personalised best-time calculator
- Gather your last 10-20 posts. Pull the posting day, posting time and total engagement (likes plus comments plus shares) for a handful of recent posts.
- Enter one post per line. Type each post as a weekday, a time and an engagement number, for example "Wed, 14:00, 212".
- Review the averaged slots. The calculator groups your posts by weekday and hour and averages the engagement in each slot you used more than once.
- Read your top slot. The highest-averaging slot is shown first, along with how many of your posts it is based on.
- Post there again and re-check. Try posting in that slot for a few more weeks, then paste your updated numbers back in to confirm the pattern holds.
