How to import the calendar into Google Sheets
- Build and download your calendar. Use the generator above to pick your month, posting days, platforms and pillars, then download the CSV file.
- Open Google Sheets and choose Import. In Sheets, open the File menu and choose Import, then the Upload tab, and select the downloaded CSV.
- Choose where it goes. Pick Create new spreadsheet, Insert new sheet, or Replace current sheet, depending on whether this is a fresh calendar or an update.
- Confirm the separator and import. Leave the separator on "Detect automatically" (it reads the CSV’s commas correctly) and click Import data.
- Fill in Caption and Media URL. The imported sheet has empty Caption, Media URL, First comment and Hashtags columns, ready for you to fill in directly in Sheets.
