None of the 88 articles in Eclincher’s help center documents an export of scheduled posts or the calendar. The documented exports are analytics: custom reports export as CSV or PDF, and multi-channel reports can be exported and shared. The documented User Migration Tool moves settings, past and scheduled posts, queues and analytics to another Eclincher user (Main Admin only), which is Eclincher-to-Eclincher, not a file export. Bulk upload (CSV or XLSX, up to 100 posts) is import only.
Disconnecting or cancelling
Eclincher’s terms of service (section 13) say to cancel by starting a live chat on eclincher.com and requesting cancellation; cancellations take effect at the next renewal date with no refunds, and mobile subscriptions are cancelled in the App Store.
