Migrate from Agorapulse to SkedCast
To migrate from Agorapulse to SkedCast: export your Publishing Calendar posts as a CSV (Agorapulse’s help center confirms scheduled and queued posts are included), bulk-import that CSV into SkedCast, then reconnect each account.
What can you take with you from Agorapulse?
Scheduled posts
From the Calendar’s Month view, Export (top right) downloads a CSV of Publishing Calendar posts for the profiles and dates you choose, filterable by post type, status (including Scheduled and Queued) and label. Columns include scheduled date and time, post status, content, and media URLs. Agorapulse says the CSV cannot be re-imported into Agorapulse, and that post export is on all current plans but not on Legacy plans.
Disconnecting or cancelling
Removing a social profile deletes all its content from Agorapulse, including scheduled posts, reports and Inbox items. Only the owner can cancel: your subscription stays active to the end of the billing cycle and then the team loses access. Deleting the account is possible only after that and permanently removes all data. Agorapulse’s help does not say whether scheduled posts still publish after the plan ends.
How do you move from Agorapulse to SkedCast?
- Export your Publishing Calendar as CSV. In the left navigation choose Calendar, select Month view, then Export (top right). Pick the profiles and the date range, optionally filter by post type, status (all selected by default) and label, then Export. Media come out as URLs, not files.
- Bulk-import the CSV into SkedCast. Upload the CSV to SkedCast’s bulk import. Every row is validated against the platform it targets, so a bad row is fixed in the import instead of failing at publish time.
- Reconnect each account. Connect each social account in SkedCast through its own official sign-in. Group accounts by client if you manage several.
- Rebuild any inbox-based workflows separately. SkedCast has its own inbox for comments, messages, mentions and Google reviews. Agorapulse’s conversation history does not move across, so set up saved replies and rules again in SkedCast.
- Cancel Agorapulse once every post is confirmed live. The organization owner cancels from Subscription settings (bottom of the page): Cancel subscription, or Cancel trial if you are on one. Confirm every post is live and correct in SkedCast first, since removing a profile deletes its scheduled posts and Agorapulse’s help does not say whether queued posts publish after the plan ends.

- Can I export my scheduled posts from Agorapulse before switching?
- Yes. The Calendar’s Export button downloads a CSV of Publishing Calendar posts for the profiles and dates you choose, and its status filter includes Scheduled and Queued. It is available on all current Agorapulse plans but not on Legacy plans, and the file cannot be re-imported into Agorapulse.
- What happens to my Agorapulse posts if I cancel or remove a profile?
