Where to view scheduled Instagram posts

What the different lists mean
A post moves through a few real states, and each has its own place in the console:
- Drafted or awaiting approval — shows under Drafts (/posts/drafts), not the Calendar yet
- Scheduled and waiting to publish — shows on the Calendar at its scheduled time
- Failed to publish — moves to the Failed list (/posts/failed) with the real error from Instagram
- Published — stays visible on the Calendar as a completed post, with a link to the live post where available
Editing or rescheduling
A post that has not published yet can be opened from its Calendar card or detail sheet to change its time, caption or media — the same composer used to create it, pre-filled with the existing content.
