How to use the Pinterest content calendar template

- Pinterest is the outlier: general 2026 guidance favors posting fresh pins every day, and many accounts publish several a day rather than one — this calendar defaults to all seven days ticked, but each ticked day still produces exactly one planning row per platform, so if you pin more than once a day, duplicate that day’s row in your spreadsheet before filling it in.
