How to use the Bluesky content calendar template
- Pick a month. Choose the month you're planning for; the calendar fills in every Bluesky-ticked weekday of that month.
- Review the Bluesky defaults. 3 weekdays are pre-ticked at 10:00 and Bluesky is pre-selected as the platform — adjust either if your own cadence differs.
- Edit the content pillars. The pillar textarea is pre-filled with pillars suited to this platform; rewrite it with your own recurring themes if you use different ones.
- Add an account or client name (optional). Type an account or client name to have it written into every generated row — useful when you manage more than one profile.
- Download and fill in the rest. Download the CSV, then write your captions, attach media links and add hashtags in your spreadsheet before scheduling.

- Bluesky is a newer, conversation-leaning platform without well-established third-party posting-frequency benchmarks yet — this calendar defaults to three weekday slots (Mon, Wed, Fri) as a reasonable, cautious starting point rather than a measured optimum; adjust freely as you learn what your own audience there responds to.
