What do you need to migrate from Planable to SkedCast?
According to Planable's Export content help article (read 2026-09-23), you can save posts as a CSV or a PDF. The PDF is available for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X and includes previews of the assets. The CSV is available for all pages and includes structured data about the posts and links to the media files.
To export, select the page or pages (for several at once, use the calendar view), optionally filter by date and time, post status and more, then open the three-dot menu next to the pages in the sidebar and choose "export posts". Step 1: export your posts from Planable

The export is a spreadsheet of posts, not a copy of your workspace. Plan for these to be rebuilt.

The safest order is: import into SkedCast and check the queue against your export; then delete or unschedule the matching posts in Planable; and only then cancel. If both tools hold the same post scheduled for the same time, both will try to publish it. Do the changeover client by client rather than all at once so you can verify each.
Planable's help center does not describe what happens to a page's still-scheduled posts when you remove the page or disconnect an account (removing a page is irreversible), so do not rely on that to stop them: remove them explicitly.
