Two large 2026 studies point at midweek afternoons but disagree on the hour. What can go wrong with a scheduled LinkedIn post?
Most failures are not about the post. A LinkedIn connection has to be renewed from time to time, so a lapsed connection stops publishing until someone reconnects it; SkedCast marks the account as needing reconnection and can email you, and the account.reauth_required webhook event tells a team programmatically. The other usual causes are media LinkedIn refuses (one video per post, never mixed with images) and text over 3,000 characters, both caught when you schedule.
