Influencer rate calculator

Estimates a hedged, starting-point fee range from follower count, engagement rate and content format — not a quote. It applies the same sourced base rate as the site’s influencer rate calculator, then widens or narrows that range using the creator’s own engagement band (the same 1-3% / 3-6% / 6%+ bands published in the engagement-rate calculator’s own FAQ), since two accounts with equal followers can differ a lot in reach.

The creator's follower count on the platform you're negotiating for.

The creator's own engagement rate — use the engagement rate calculator if you need to compute it first.

Formula

base rate (followers ÷ 1,000 × 10–100, ×2–3 for video) × engagement-band multiplier

How to use the influencer fee calculator

  1. Enter follower count. Use the creator’s follower count on the platform you’re negotiating for.
  2. Enter engagement rate. Use the calculator’s engagement rate tool first if you need to compute it.
  3. Pick the content format. Choose static photo or video/Reel — video is commonly cited at 2 to 3 times a static rate.
  4. Read the estimated fee range. Treat the low-high range as a hedged starting point, not a final number.

Worked examples

A 50,000-follower creator at a 4% engagement rate

A micro-tier follower count with a "high" engagement band (3-6%) applies a 1.3x multiplier to the base static-post range, widening it from the base estimate to a higher one.

Below-average engagement discounts the range

The same 50,000 followers at a 0.5% engagement rate (below the 1% "solid" threshold) applies a 0.75x multiplier instead, narrowing the estimated range down.

Influencer fee calculator FAQ

Is this an authoritative price?
No — it is a wide, hedged starting-point estimate. Real fees are negotiated and vary a lot by niche, exclusivity and usage rights.
How is this different from the influencer rate calculator?
That calculator factors follower count and content format only; this one also factors the creator’s own engagement rate for a more tailored estimate.
Where do the engagement bands come from?
The same 1-3% (solid), 3-6% (high) and 6%+ (excellent) bands already published in this site’s own engagement-rate calculator FAQ, kept consistent across both tools.
Why does a below-average engagement rate lower the estimate?
Because engagement rate is a real signal of how much of an audience actually sees and responds to a post, beyond raw follower count alone.
Does this calculator store my numbers?
No — the estimate happens entirely in your browser as you type, and nothing is uploaded or saved.
Should I quote this range directly to a creator?
Use it as your own starting point for negotiation, not as a number to present as fixed — real rates depend on far more than this calculator captures.
