How to use the calendar CSV with Canva
- Build and download your calendar. Use the generator above to pick your month, posting days, platforms and pillars, then download the CSV file.
- Decide which Canva workflow fits. Bulk Create needs a paid Canva plan (Pro, Teams, Business, Education or Nonprofits) and produces one design per row; without a paid plan, use the CSV as a manual reference instead.
- For Bulk Create: open your template and the CSV. In the Canva desktop editor, open Apps, then Bulk Create, and upload the downloaded CSV (or an XLSX version of it).
