Scheduled posts
No export of the scheduled queue (Calendar › Queue) is documented. What is documented: analytics reports export as PDF (Reports › Share › Download), custom reports are PDF-only (Agency plans), and posting history is readable through RecurPost’s API and MCP server (the history_data tool). CSV is documented for import only.
Disconnecting or cancelling
Deleting a social profile (trash icon) removes it from RecurPost, and RecurPost says all the schedules related to that profile are deleted as well; the profile on the network itself is untouched. A profile that merely becomes disconnected, for example when its token expires, makes posts fail; RecurPost does not say schedules are deleted then. Cancelling a monthly plan keeps it active to the end of the period with no further charge.
How do you move from RecurPost to SkedCast?
- Record what is still queued in RecurPost BEFORE deleting any profile. RecurPost deletes all schedules related to a profile when you delete it. List every still-scheduled post per profile from Calendar › Queue (Month, Week or List view) before you touch the connection settings.
- Bulk-import the CSV into SkedCast. Upload the CSV to SkedCast’s bulk import. Every row is validated against the platform it targets, so a bad row is fixed in the import instead of failing at publish time.
- Reconnect each account. Connect each social account in SkedCast through its own official sign-in. Group accounts by client if you manage several.
- Delete RecurPost profiles only after SkedCast is confirmed live. Once a profile is deleted in RecurPost, its schedules are gone. Confirm every post is live and correct in SkedCast first. Export any reports you want as PDF before you cancel, since RecurPost says you may lose access to historical data.
