- Yes — it uses the Web Crypto API’s cryptographically secure random number generator (with a `Math.random` fallback only if that’s unavailable), with rejection sampling to avoid biasing toward any part of the list.
- Does this tool handle TikTok’s promotion rules for me?

- Is my entrant list uploaded anywhere?
