Switch from Metricool to SkedCast

How do you move from Metricool to SkedCast?
- Export your Metricool calendar as CSV. From the Calendar, use the export option to download your scheduled posts as CSV; media links inside Metricool are included.
- Bulk-import the CSV into SkedCast. Upload the CSV to SkedCast’s bulk import. Every row is validated against the platform it targets, so a bad row is fixed in the import instead of failing at publish time.
- Reconnect each account. Connect each social account in SkedCast through its own official sign-in. Group accounts by client if you manage several.
- Rebuild client access and roles. Metricool’s brand-level roles and the Content Approval System are per brand and do not transfer. Set up SkedCast’s per-client roles and guest approval links.
- Cancel Metricool once SkedCast is confirmed live. Cancel from Plan and Billing. Your paid plan runs until the period ends and then reverts to Free, keeping only your oldest brand — export first.

- Metricool’s Free plan keeps only one brand — the oldest one. Export every brand’s calendar before you cancel a paid plan.
- Do posts already scheduled natively on a platform stay live if I disconnect a network in Metricool?
- Metricool says posts remain in its own Planner but cannot publish while the network is disconnected. It does not state what happens to posts a platform is already holding to publish on its own; confirm directly with the platform before you disconnect.
