Disconnecting or cancelling

How do you move from Hootsuite to SkedCast?
- Export your calendar from Hootsuite. In the Planner calendar, filter to the accounts you are moving, choose Export, pick CSV and a date range of up to 365 days.
- Bulk-import the CSV into SkedCast. Upload the CSV to SkedCast’s bulk import. Every row is validated against the platform it targets, so a bad row is fixed in the import instead of failing at publish time.
- Reconnect each account. Connect each social account in SkedCast through its own official sign-in. Group accounts by client if you manage several.
- Import within the week. The media links in Hootsuite’s export expire after one week; import before then, or export again to refresh them.
- Add back what the export leaves out. Hootsuite’s file has no post targeting, Instagram location tags, ads or unscheduled drafts, so set those again in SkedCast where you need them.
