How to use the weekly social media planner
- Open the week you want to plan. Use the week navigation to move to the 7-day span you are planning.
- Click a day to add a slot. Select a date, then enter a short label, a time and a platform for that post idea.
- Fill out the rest of the week. Add a slot for each day you plan to post, so gaps in the week are visible at a glance.
- Balance platforms across the week. Check that no single platform dominates every day unless that is the intended cadence.
- Move the finished plan into SkedCast. Once the week looks right, recreate the schedule in SkedCast to actually queue and publish it.
