Switch from Sked Social to SkedCast
Sked Social does not publish a way to export your scheduled queue directly; its Custom Reports export an Excel report of posts for a period instead. Here is exactly what Sked Social’s own help pages say, and the honest route to move.
What Sked Social lets you take with you
Scheduled posts
No export of scheduled posts is documented in the calendar/queue help article. Custom Reports export an Excel file with a "Posts for Period" sheet, which is analytics history, not a re-importable queue.
Disconnecting or cancelling
Cancel or pause from Settings › Billing › Cancel Subscription, or by emailing Sked Social support. It takes effect at the next billing date or the end of the current period.
How to move from Sked Social to SkedCast
- Pull a Custom Report, and rebuild the queue by hand. Sked Social’s Custom Reports export an Excel file that lists posts for a period, which is a record, not a re-importable queue. List what is still scheduled from your own content calendar or Sked’s calendar view.
- Bulk-import the CSV into SkedCast. Upload the CSV to SkedCast’s bulk import. Every row is validated against the platform it targets, so a bad row is fixed in the import instead of failing at publish time.
- Reconnect each account. Connect each social account in SkedCast through its own official sign-in. Group accounts by client if you manage several.
- Rebuild client access. Recreate any client-facing review process with SkedCast’s guest approval link, which needs no client login.
- Keep Sked Social running until the queue is rebuilt. Sked Social says posts will not go live once an account is removed, so confirm every post is live in SkedCast before disconnecting in Sked Social.

- Can I export my scheduled posts from Sked Social?
