Planable pricing runs from $0 (Free) to Custom (Enterprise), per its own pricing page as of October 2026. SkedCast prices by connected account with seats included and has a permanent free plan, so compare each against the accounts and people you actually have.
Teams rarely leave Planable because they dislike it — they leave because of arithmetic. The per-workspace model is excellent value for one brand or a handful of clients, and it inverts as you grow: every new client is another workspace at full price, and the post ceiling on Basic and Pro starts to bind exactly when a client gets busy. Analytics and the social inbox are add-ons charged per workspace too, so the real monthly figure is usually above the sticker. SkedCast prices by connected accounts and leaves posting uncapped on any paid plan, which is why the gap widens with scale rather than at signup. If approvals are the centre of your service and you run a small number of clients, Planable is a defensible choice and we would say so.

Planable is built around client approval. Content sits in a feed that looks like the finished post, clients leave comments pinned to the words they mean, and approvals move in visible steps. Its pricing is also genuinely kind to teams: every tier includes unlimited users, so adding people never raises the bill. Where the two products diverge is what the bill DOES scale with — Planable charges per workspace, and an agency’s workspaces are its clients.
What does Planable cost for an agency?
Planable charges per workspace, and an agency usually gives each client its own workspace, so the bill grows with the client list. Users are unlimited on every plan, but Analytics and the Social inbox are add-ons charged per workspace on Basic and Pro; Planable’s page lists them at $12 to $14 and $7.50 to $9 a month, and Social listening at $82.50 to $99. Enterprise includes Analytics and the Social inbox. The table uses the higher monthly figures.
Basic also caps each workspace at 60 posts and 4 social pages a month, and Pro at 150 posts and 10 pages, so a busy client can need Pro even when the rest are fine on Basic.
