Close your workspace
This is the in-app closure route described in our Data Deletion & Account Removal page. Only the workspace owner can close a workspace, and closing is immediate and irreversible.

2. What happens, and when
Immediately, when you confirm: we erase the stored OAuth access and refresh tokens for every connected social account (and ask the platform to revoke them wherever it gives us a way to — see Data Deletion §3), disconnect every connected account and login, cancel every scheduled, queued and platform-scheduled post, mark your uploaded media for erasure from our object storage, close the workspace, and sign out every member.
Within 30 days, automatically: the media you uploaded is erased from our object storage. Closing marks every asset for erasure and a scheduled job removes the stored objects — the original file, the metadata-stripped copy, every per-platform rendition and every thumbnail — once they have been marked for 30 days.
Within 30 days, by hand: the records that remain in our database — your account profile, your workspace, client and connected-account records, and your posts with their scheduled targets and the figures we recorded for them — are erased by our team. Closing takes them out of service in the same moment you confirm it: no one can sign in, nothing publishes, and no credential is left that could reach a platform. Erasing them is a separate, deliberate step performed against your closure reference rather than an automatic job, because a cascading delete of an entire workspace is not something we run unattended. Derived copies such as encrypted backups are purged on their normal rotation shortly afterwards. We keep only what §6 of the Data Deletion page describes (billing and tax records, bounded security logs, and anything we must retain for a legal obligation or claim).
Posts already published to a platform stay published — SkedCast cannot remove content a platform already holds once our access is revoked. Delete those on the platform itself before closing, or disconnect the account and delete them there afterwards.
3. If closing is more than you need
To remove one connected social account and the tokens we hold for it, disconnect it inside SkedCast — that erases the stored tokens for that account immediately, without closing anything else. To have only your own personal data erased while the workspace continues, or if you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on the account; we verify the requester before we act.
